Review: Gooses and Geese Oh My!

FYI: This blog includes affiliate links. My review is my own, however, the links included in this blog post are for paid links.

So, I normally don't post much or resond much to outdoor novelties, but I really like the new goose! It has become such a huge part of the front of our home. We got it as a gift, but the goose can be purchased from Amazon: https://amzn.to/42qLWoG (ad link).

It was easy to setup. It is a piece of hollow plastic that is light, it will need to be weighted down. I used about 20 pounds of sand (less than $5 at the home improvement store of your choice). The bottom has a hole with a cap. Just fill it up, and then put on the cap. That is it, and it is ready to be dressed up!

It may be seen more and more frequently on porches and lawns around the US. I never knew how popular they were until we received it. There are hundreds of Reddit posts and many websites (social media like Facebook pages and more) that are dedicated to the colorful decoration. They are addicting in the sense of how many options for year-round dress you can put on them! People dress them for all occassions. All holidays have an option from the major holidays to the minor, and every season has many more for a chance to show off some spirit and seasonal appreciation! I now have mine dressed as a gardener (https://amzn.to/4i5tqI2 ad link) because I have been working in the garden a lot in last few days getting it ready for the season.

Included, if you noticed, in the picture is a quick and easy welcome sign that has a changeable decoration for the seasons as well. Quick and easy to assemble and looks nice next to the brick of the house (https://amzn.to/3R2Yptf ad link)

If you are intersted in learning more or purchasing using the links included, please do. It gives off some positive vibes for sure. I like it for dressing up and putting some color into the outside of the house.
